Delivery and Postage

A standard flat fee of 3.50 applies for shipping no matter how much you order from Gossimarwings.  Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail and proof of postage is always obtained.

How do I return an item?

We will gladly refund or exchange any returns received within 7 days of receipt, minus any P&P charges. We cannot accept returns for personalised items. You must notify us online before you make a return. Please contact us with the subject "Return" via an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please include your full name, transaction ID and the reason for your return. If we're not notified prior to returning an item, we may not be able to process your request. We'll then get back to you within 24 hours with a returns address. Please repack the item in the same condition it was in when received and include your full name, transaction ID and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

If opting for an exchange, please clearly indicate which item you'd like as your exchange. You then need to return the package to a Post Office counter. Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the Post Office since this will act as your proof of delivery. Refunds/exchanges are processed in 2-3 working days.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Jewellery purchased from Gossimarwings may be vintage or delicate. Please do not wear perfume or strong moisturisers when wearing your jewels; certain chemicals can discolour chains and metal. Do not shower or bathe in your jewellery.

Payments

Payments are processed through Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment at Gossimarwings.  Paypal accepts credit or debit and bank account payments.
